Finally

It is the final day of class and I have to say it couldn't come any sooner. I was going to sign up for classes for the spring, but I have to get promote this next cycle, so that is my new priority. It has been a very challenging semester, but I have realized that I can still do anything if I put my mind to it. I am thankful that I can not devote more time studying for my promotion and not have to worry about meeting deadlines.

WTFOver

Explain this one to me....I live pretty far from work. We get delayed from coming in for two hours for ice. So, I have to drive in through black ice into work and shortly after we get in, a message comes down for everyone to go home. WTF???? Having risk individuals lives and their vehicles to come in for less than an hour, just to send them home. Come on. Why not delay at least till 11am or something, not 9am. And what is worse, the roads were not even that bad going back. Whatever.

Something Cool

Well, something good happen to me this week, I got a new phone. And not just any phone, I got a BB Storm and changed services. This has to be the best phone I have ever owned. It's fast, it's has does everything I need it to and more. I have transferred songs from my IPOD to my phone, so I can listen to my music or set up friends with personal ringers. I get my personal email delivered to it. I really don't have any complaints about it, other than I spend way too much time playing with it.
Like I also said, I changed services. I'm ditching T-crap and jumping on board Verizon. This will be my third service provider in two years, but I'm already liking the switch. I got very little service anywhere is T-crap and have full signal nearly everywhere I go. One of the smartest things I've done in awhile.

Latest and not so greatest

Wow, late again. I can never seem to get a head in this class. It doesn't help that everything is due on Sat by noon, which in no one is even compatible with my schedule. I work Mon-Fri, have two little ones to take care of, then I reserve Sat and Sun to c/w my school work. But, I can't accomplish everything by noon. This is late anyway, so I concentrated on my other school work yesterday to insure it got turned in on time. I hate doing it, but what can you do when your schedule is so hectic?

I have never blogged before and don't see the big deal in it. I'm participating because of it is part of my final and I'm already a week late and a $ short.

Don't get me wrong, I love technology, but don't we have to draw the line somewhere? Do we really need to post info that others just don't need to know? I read forums, never particapated, by I do read and find them alot of times helpfull.

But blogging, I just don't get! Kinda like youtube or myspace, don't get them either. The only time I've youtubed anything is if it dealt with cars, then it's nice. A few "friends" have myspace and I really don't get that. I guess if you kept it private then it may be okay, I don't know.

I feel society needs to get a reality check and live life like it use to be. Live your life in the here and now, not a dreamworld. Then again, maybe that is what it's about. Using all these things to express what their dreamworld is, but I could never put online what my dreamworld would be. My mind is way more creative, I couldn't match it by putting it online.
